You can now access a range of health services using the NHS Wales App. The app is a simple and secure way to book routine appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and view parts of your medical record.

To use the NHS Wales App, you must:

  • Be aged 16 or over
  • Have a fully verified NHS Login or valid photo ID

Other Ways to Order Your Repeat Medication

  • Place your paper repeat slip into the collection box at the surgery.
  • Post your repeat slip to the surgery — please include a stamped addressed envelope if you’d like it returned by post.
  • Ask your community pharmacy if they can manage your repeat requests on your behalf.

Emergency Supply of Medication

If you have run out of essential medication and cannot wait for a routine prescription, you may be able to access an emergency supply through the local health board.
