The practice team will:

  • Treat you with courtesy and respect
  • Offer the most appropriate care by qualified professionals, who will explain both your condition and your treatment
  • Ensure that the premises are comfortable
  • Ensure the appointment times are flexible to meet patients’ needs
  • Provide home visits by a doctor when this is deemed medically appropriate
  • Provide you with repeat prescriptions within two working days of your request
  • Treat all patient information as strictly confidential.

To help us honour those statements you should:

  • Arrive in good time for appointments
  • Use the clinician’s time appropriately
  • Request house calls only when necessary
  • Cancel in good time appointments you are prevented from keeping
  • Request repeat prescriptions well in advance
  • Treat the practice team with courtesy and respect
  • Advise us if you change your name, address or telephone number
