  • Afternoon: 2:30pm – 5:30pm

Our trained Patient Assistants will ask you a few questions to assist the Doctor or Advanced Nurse Practitioner in dealing with your request in the most appropriate way.

If you prefer, you can direct your query to the Doctor or Advanced Nurse Practitioner of your choice, as long as they are working that day. Please note that availability may vary from week to week.

⚕️ Minor Illness

We operate a Minor Illness system with a Practice Nurse for same-day emergency appointments. If you feel you must be seen immediately please telephone the surgery and a member of the reception team will assist you.

❗ Failure to Attend Appointments Policy

Due to an increase in the number of wasted appointments where patients fail to attend appointments without informing the surgery, the following procedure has been implemented.

If you repeatedly fail to attend appointments you may be removed from the practice list and required to find an alternative Doctor.

Nurse and certain clinic appointments can be booked in advance, so if you cannot attend your appointment for any reason please let us know as soon as possible, giving at least 24 hours notice. We can then offer the appointment to someone else.

🏠 Home Visits

Home visits are for patients who are too ill to attend the surgery, not for people who have difficulties with transport.

Please ring before 10:00am because this helps the doctors to organise their working time.
